FIELD OF APPLICATION & RESTRICTION OF EXPORT

Permitted Fields:

[1] All fields with the exception of refrigeration and/or preservation and/or, transportation of food, beverages and/or water. For example, it is permitted to use, manufacture and sell the product in the fields of medical, pharmaceutical, science and other institutions, and related fields with any cooling capacity.
[2] The following limited fields to refrigerate, preserve and transport food and beverage and / or water, are allowed as exceptions to [1].
(1) Out door leisure use such as for RV (Recreation Vehicle), camping car, private vehicle and leisure boat with cooling capacity up to 50W.
(2) The following specific applications with cooling capacity up to 50W:
Portable cool box, mini bar refrigerator for hotel use, water cooler and wine cellar.

Prohibited Fields:

[1] All applications in the field of refrigeration, preservation and transportation of food, beverages and / or water except the above (1) and (2). The prohibited products and equipment include household appliances such as freezer refrigerator, other household use freezer refrigerator, commercial use freezer refrigerator, freezer refrigerator showcase, vending machine, ice maker, dispenser freezer refrigerator and other commercial applications.
[2] Oil or petroleum exploration and analysis equipment and petrochemical test and analysis equipment.
